**Your New Role**

As a full time Retail Team Member, you’ll be one of the first faces to welcome customers into this exciting space. You’ll connect people with products that make a difference, deliver warm, premium service, and help create the frank green buzz. This role isn’t just about sales, it’s about storytelling, connection, and creating memorable shopping moments. You’ll be part of a close knit team that shares your passion for style, design, and sustainability.

**Your Day to Day**

-   Create unforgettable experiences for every customer who steps into the store.
-   Share product knowledge and educate customers about sustainable choices.
-   Support day to day operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
-   Contribute to store events, launches, and activations that make an impact.
-   Deliver on sales and service targets while having fun as part of a high energy team.
-   Maintain exceptional presentation and brand standards.

**What You Need**

-   Previous retail experience, ideally in premium or lifestyle brands.
-   A natural connector with a warm, engaging personality.
-   Sales skills with a strong focus on delivering service excellence.
-   Team spirit and communication skills that light up the floor.
-   Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and busy trade times.
-   A genuine passion for sustainability and beautifully designed products.
-   Ability to work 38 hours per week.
