Customer Service Representative

**Start Club** is a growing marketing and customer engagement firm that works with well-known brands to create meaningful connections with their customers. We specialize in **face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation**, helping our clients grow through personalized interactions.

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team and serve as a positive, professional representative for our clients and their customers.

### What You’ll Do

-   Represent our clients in a professional and personable manner
-   Interact directly with customers in a variety of settings
-   Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions
-   Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
-   Build genuine relationships with customers and identify their needs
-   Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
-   Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
-   Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs
-   Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management
-   Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

We’re looking for someone who is:

-   Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
-   Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
-   Motivated and eager to learn
-   Professional and confident in a face-to-face environment
-   Goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Reliable, energetic, and willing to take initiative
-   Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or communications experience is a plus, but **not required**
