## Description

-   Lead investments and developments in Korea's New Economy real estate sectors, including logistics centers and data centers (IDC).

-   Manage the entire investment and development process, including:

-   Investment structuring
-   Financial modeling
-   Fund establishment and management
-   Preparation of Investment Memorandums (IM)
-   Investor reporting

-   Review of permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
-   Respond to inquiries and coordinate communications with domestic and international investors, lenders, government authorities, and business partners

## Requirements

-   5-8 years of relevant professional experience.

-   Prior experience in Korean real estate development, finance, or investment at an asset management company, securities firm, accounting firm, developer, or related organization.
-   Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) are required.
-   Preferred qualifications include professional certifications related to finance or real estate development, such as:

-   Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
-   Certified Investment Manager / Investment Asset Manager
-   Certified Real Estate Development Professional
