**What You'll Do**

-   Be a trusted guide for patients
-   Keep the schedule running smoothly, anticipating and solving scheduling hiccups before they happen
-   Set the stage for every procedure: prepping instruments, materials, and equipment
-   Capture accurate patient health histories and dental charting
-   Support patients chairside, helping them feel comfortable and informed
-   Keep our sterilization and infection-control standards top-notch
-   Help manage inventory and keep the practice stocked and ready

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   Dental Assistant training or equivalent experience
-   2–5 years of DA experience preferred (but we welcome strong new grads too!)
-   CDA certification, radiology equivalency exam, or a CODA-accredited DA program
-   CPR certification (or willingness to get certified within 30 days)
-   Confidence explaining treatment plans and insurance details to patients
-   Bonus points for Eaglesoft or Denticon experience
-   A team-first attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the flexibility to jump between tasks (and occasionally locations) with a positive attitude
-   Strong listening skills and sound judgment
-   A commitment to patient confidentiality and care
