### **Cashier Job Overview:**

As a Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
-   **Transaction Management:** Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
-   **Store Maintenance:** Keep the cashier area and surrounding space tidy and presentable for customers.
-   **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about promotions and product offerings to provide information to customers as needed.
-   **Team Collaboration:** Work with fellow team members to enhance service efficiency and operational productivity.
-   **Inventory Tasks:** Assist in monitoring stock levels and restock items as needed.

### **Porter Job Overview:**

The Porter role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
-   Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
-   Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
-   Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management.
-   Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
-   Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
-   Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary.

## Requirements

**Experience:** Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory.

**Skills:** Proficient math skills for handling cash transactions.

**Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

**Reliability:** Must be dependable and flexible, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Positive Attitude:** A friendly and engaging demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
