**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4 - 6 LPA)**

**Location:** Remote / Work From Home

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

**Shift:** Night Shift (Rotational)

### About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
-   Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
-   Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
-   Meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the organization.

### Requirements

-   Graduate in any discipline.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
-   Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
