-   Identify technical solutions and sourcing needs to support business requirements
-   Provide second-level support, resolving incidents and gathering the information needed for further analysis
-   Ensure reliable delivery of IT services while driving continuous improvement
-   Collaborate with application development teams to support effective solutions and knowledge transfer
-   Coordinate technical services and IT deployments for physical store projects
-   Own IT improvement initiatives, projects and the escalation of complex technical issues to the appropriate specialists

**As an ideal fit, you should have**

-   A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
-   Previous experience in IT and end-user support is a plus
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
-   Strong ownership and dependability, with good planning and coordination skills
-   Availability to work on a rotating schedule and provide standby support when required
-   Flexibility to travel occasionally to support new store openings and store renovation projects
