**Are you passionate about online safety and social media?**

We are looking for French**\-**speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our international team in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with community guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to protecting millions of users while maintaining a positive experience across one of the world's leading social media platforms.

You will work from our modern office in Sofia as part of a diverse, multicultural team. Candidates already living in Bulgaria are welcome, and we offer a comprehensive relocation package for those moving to Sofia.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in French, including text, images, videos, and other media.
-   Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies.
-   Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
-   Accurately classify and evaluate content according to internal procedures.
-   Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
-   Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
-   Stay up to date with moderation policies, procedures, and platform updates.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English communication skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-   Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed guidelines.
-   Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and confidentially.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already be living in Bulgaria.
-   Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or similar roles is an advantage, but not required.
