### **Role Overview**

The **Sales Specialist** will act as a key link between our client and its clients, driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. This role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the **B2B packaging industry**, particularly in **folding cartons**, and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Identify and engage new customers** to generate business opportunities.
-   **Understand client needs** and provide tailored carton packaging solutions.
-   **Develop and maintain client relationships** to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-   **Achieve and exceed sales targets** and KPIs.
-   **Negotiate contracts** and close deals effectively.
-   **Collaborate with production** and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
-   **Stay updated** on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
-   **Maintain accurate records** of sales activities and customer interactions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

-   Minimum **2 years of B2B packaging sales experience** (folding cartons preferred).
-   Experience in the **Saudi market** is an advantage.
-   Strong background in **sales & customer relationship management**.
-   Excellent communication skills in **Arabic & English**.
-   Self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to customer success.
