### Junior & Senior Welder – Manufacturing & Fabrication

**Full-Time | Monday–Friday| $20.00–$30.00/Hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay | Overtime Opportunities**

We are currently hiring **Junior and Senior Welders** to join our growing manufacturing and fabrication team. Whether you're an entry-level welder looking to develop your skills or an experienced professional seeking your next long-term opportunity, we want to hear from you.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements
-   Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
-   Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications
-   Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
-   Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-   Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
-   Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
-   Senior Welders may assist with complex fabrication projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring less experienced team members

## Requirements

### Junior Welder

-   Previous welding experience through employment, vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
-   Basic understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
-   Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
-   Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
-   Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

### Senior Welder

-   Several years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience required
-   Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
-   Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
