## Description

Creed Medical Group Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the summer season. This temporary position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the summer months. As a Summer Direct Support Professional, you will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage participation in seasonal community events, and support their overall well-being in a supportive, engaging environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain meaningful experience in healthcare and social services while making a difference.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs.
-   Support and encourage clients' participation in summer activities and community outings.
-   Implement individualized support plans under supervision.
-   Maintain documentation of care and progress.
-   Ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for clients.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is advantageous but not required.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work flexible summer hours, including weekdays and weekends.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
-   CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
-   Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others.
