**📋 What You’ll Do:**

-   Draft and prepare immigration-related legal documents, including visa petitions, affidavits, appeals, and motions. 📝💻
-   Submit immigration petitions and applications to relevant agencies, meeting all deadlines. 📑⏱️
-   Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents. 📚🔍
-   Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing updates. 🌐🤝
-   Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation for immigration cases. 🗂️✔️
-   Prepare and review immigration forms for visas and other processes. ✍️📋
-   Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to immigration cases. 🔄📎
-   Track visa deadlines and case progress, keeping attorneys informed. 📆✅

## Requirements

**✅ Our Ideal Candidate:**

-   Has at least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk. 💼
-   Holds a law degree (or equivalent) from their home country. 🎓
-   At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm. ⚖️
-   Is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred). 💻
-   Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️
-   Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. 💪
-   Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software. 📊
-   Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, visa types, and forms (family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration). 📋
-   Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
-   Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
