We are seeking talented **Freelance Translators** specializing in **English to Chinese (Simplified)** post-editing, translation. ### Position Overview

-   **Language Pair:** English to Chinese (Simplified)
-   **Domain:** IT/Software Localization
-   **Experience:** Demonstrated professional translation experience
-   **Location Restrictions:** Must be based outside of China

### Responsibilities

-   Translate diverse source materials from English into Chinese (Simplified) accurately and appropriately.
-   Ensure translations are culturally relevant, clear, and align with client specifications.
-   Maintain consistency in terminology and style throughout translation projects.
-   Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
-   Review and proofread translated content to ensure high quality deliverables.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **Translation, Linguistics, or a related field** preferred.
-   Native proficiency in **Chinese (Simplified)** with excellent command of English.
-   Must be located _**outside of China**_.
-   Proven professional experience in post-editing, translation preferably in a freelance capacity.
-   Strong understanding of cultural nuances and localization practices.
-   Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados Studio) is an advantage.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
-   Good communication skills for collaboration with remote teams.
