- Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients

- CFP, CFA, CIMA, ChFC, or similar credentials strongly preferred
- Background coming from larger wirehouses, regional firms, private banks, RIAs, or boutique wealth platforms
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term platform growth

### Preferred Profile

The strongest candidates often:

- Manage approximately $1M–$100M+ in client assets
- Have established referral networks and long-term client relationships
- Are evaluating succession planning options
- Want greater flexibility, economics, or platform support
- Feel constrained by bureaucracy, payout limitations, or limited growth opportunities at their current firm

### What’s Attractive About the Opportunity

- Competitive economics and transition assistance
- Robust investment and banking capabilities
- Access to advanced planning resources and specialist teams
- Long-term growth and succession planning support
