## Description

AlBorg Diagnostics is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching items.

-   Ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, including verification of quantities and inspection of quality.
-   Maintaining stock in main, sub, area store not exceeding approved quantity
-   Review the availability of each item to ensure that the stock is enough to cover its consumption
-   Ensure all received goods meet the required standards and specifications.
-   Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of stored items.
-   Maintain accurate documentation for his warehouse transactions and activities.
-   Performing periodic inventory by physically counting and making sure that it's matching with system

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
-   2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
-   Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-   Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.

-   **Previous experience in medical laboratories warehouse**
-   **Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 software**
