This position is tailored for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in helping clients navigate their banking needs.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services.
-   Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and product explanations.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
-   Stay up to date on banking regulations, product offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Support clients during the onboarding process and answer questions related to banking procedures.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with banking products, services, and industry regulations.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service.
