## Description

### **CPM Ireland are looking for Event Staff to support the IGBF Event!**

We are seeking _temporary_ Event Staff to support an upcoming IGBF event across two work groups covering event set-up and registration activities.

📅 **Event Dates:** 24th & 25th September 2026  
📍 **Location:** **The Shelbourne Hotel, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin**

### Available Shifts

🔹 _**Set-Up Team**_

-   Thursday, 24th September 2026
-   Evening shift (exact times to be confirmed)
-   Assisting with venue and event preparation

🔹 _**Registration Team**_

-   Friday, 25th September 2026
-   Registration and attendee support duties
-   Morning shift (exact times to be confirmed)

💡 _Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work both shifts._

### Responsibilities

✅ Event set-up and preparation  
✅ Registration desk support  
✅ Welcoming and assisting attendees  
✅ Distribution of event materials and goodie bags  
✅ Managing attendee queues and directing guests  
✅ General event support throughout the day  
✅ Ensuring event areas remain organised and presentable

### Requirements

🔹 Comfortable interacting with attendees  
🔹 Ability to work effectively as part of a team  
🔹 Available on 24th and 25th September 2026
