We are currently hiring for our new Glamping and Members Club “[**91 Athens Riviera**](https://domesresorts.com/91athensrivieratheresort/home-3/)”, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience, located **in the area of Voula in Athens**.

**Spa Manager**

**The Role:**

As a key leader within the resort, the Spa Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the Spa, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, retail performance, guest engagement, and business development initiatives. The Spa Manager acts as the primary liaison for Spa members and hotel guests, fostering strong relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, and enhancing the overall guest journey through personalized engagement and proactive communication.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Maintain and implement the Quality Standards of Domes Resorts for the Spa.
-   Make all efforts and create proper action plans to achieve the desirable revenues.
-   Monitor and manage the annual Spa budget, ensuring financial objectives and profitability targets are achieved.
-   Analyze performance, business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
-   Identify opportunities to maximize revenue across treatments, wellness programs, retail sales, and special events.
-   Always set a standard of professionalism and act as a role model to the Spa staff.
-   Motivate, encourage, and train the team, and maintain the correct level of professional and qualified personnel, overseeing all facilities and activities within the Spa.
-   Act as the key Spa Member Liaison, nurturing member relationships, handling feedback professionally, and ensuring exceptional standards of member retention and loyalty.
-   Ensure and monitor cleanliness and hygiene.
-   Produce the Spa financial reports on a monthly basis.
-   Ensure effective inventory management, retail stock control, procurement planning, and cost management.
-   Drive retail performance through product knowledge, team training, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
-   Perform as a professional with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required.

**SECONDARY / SUPPORT & COLLABORATION RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing activities that enhance brand awareness, guest acquisition, and membership growth.
-   Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, wellness events, seasonal offerings, and guest engagement initiatives.

**ADVANCED / VALUE-ADDED RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

## Requirements

**Useful to have:**

-   A bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite
-   Working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
-   Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, sales targets, and operational profitability.
-   Experience overseeing, wellness programs, and guest engagement initiatives
-   Specialized training on spa treatments
-   Excellent background in training and staff development
-   Fluent in the English language
-   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
