**Position Overview:**

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our engineering team and help shape the user experience of a B2B SaaS enterprise platform across web, mobile, and kiosk/signage interfaces. The platform is multi-module and multi-tenant, covering solutions such as space management, visitor management, wayfinding, and content/device administration. You’ll work closely with Product, Technology, Engineering, and QA teams to create intuitive, scalable, and implementation-ready designs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and signage interfaces.
-   Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
-   Work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and engineers to ensure designs are practical and technically feasible.
-   Design for B2B SaaS and multi-tenant environments, considering tenant-specific branding, configurations, user roles, and varying feature requirements.
-   Maintain and evolve a design system/component library across multiple product modules.
-   Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
-   Provide developer-ready design handoffs, including specifications, component states, and annotations.
-   Collaborate with QA to ensure the final product matches the intended design and user experience.

## Requirements

**Skills and Qualifications:**

-   3+ years of UI/UX design experience in B2B software/SaaS, preferably enterprise platforms.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI.
-   Strong understanding of SaaS products and multi-tenant environments.
-   Proficient in Figma and experienced in designing responsive interfaces across web and mobile.
-   Able to create clear, developer-ready design specifications with minimal back-and-forth.
-   Good understanding of user-centred design, usability, and enterprise workflows.

**Good to Have:**

-   Experience with design systems/component libraries.
-   Experience designing multi-tenant or configurable enterprise platforms.
-   Basic understanding of frontend development and implementation constraints.
-   Experience in enterprise software, workplace/facilities technology, or other B2B domains.
