Banking Experience is must to have  
Contract role- Extendable  
Minimum 6 years of experience  
Location Singapore  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend applications.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.  
\- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.  
\- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.  
\- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.  
\- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.  
\- Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystems.  
\- Good to have React experience.  
\- Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.  
\- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.  
\- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Development and delivery with Java, EJB, Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle and IBM MQ, Kafka  
\- Understand business / system requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are scalable, stable and fit for purpose.  
\- Passionate about technologies and building robust and scalable Java Systems.  
\- Analysis, design coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built applications.
