## Description

At Xtremax, we believe people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a passionate and energetic **Senior** **People & Culture Executive (Recruiter)** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams while creating an exceptional employee experience.

### What You'll Do

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
-   Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
-   Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
-   Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
-   Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture programs.
-   Foster positive relationships with employees and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
-   Support other People & Culture initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-   5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in **tech recruitment**.
-   Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions.
-   Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools is an advantage.
-   Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks independently.
-   Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
-   A positive team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a fun and supportive workplace.
