## Description

**Areas of responsibility  
**

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
-   Build and maintain structured hiring pipelines and scalable recruitment processes
-   Partner closely with hiring managers, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage
-   Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments with speed and accuracy
-   Maintain ATS as a single source of truth, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
-   Identify process bottlenecks and proactively optimize hiring workflows
-   Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear and timely communication

## Requirements

-   2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT, iGaming, or high-risk industries
-   Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken
-   Proven experience hiring mid- to senior-level specialists
-   Strong hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, dashboards, and Telegram channels
-   Experience with Workable is a plus
-   Structured, data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
-   Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
-   Ability to work under a B2B contract as a self-employed or sole proprietor in Serbia
