## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly and professionally to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
-   Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
-   Stay updated on new products, technologies, and company policies to provide informed support.
-   Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
-   Passion for consumer electronics and technology.
