### **Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **FCCM Consultant** with strong expertise in **Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM)**, specifically candidates who have successfully executed **FCCM platform upgrades from version 8.0.2 to 8.0.x**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, testing, and supporting FCCM upgrade projects within banking or financial services environments.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and execute Oracle FCCM upgrade projects from **version 8.0.2 to 8.0.x**.
-   Perform impact analysis, upgrade planning, installation, configuration, and deployment activities.
-   Validate application functionality after upgrade and resolve upgrade-related issues.
-   Work closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure, database, and application support teams.
-   Perform data validation, regression testing, and production deployment support.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
-   Ensure compliance with project governance, security, and banking standards.
-   Prepare technical documentation, upgrade runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
-   Support post-go-live stabilization and production issues.

### **Mandatory Skills**

-   **7+ years** of experience in Oracle FCCM implementation or support.
-   **Hands-on experience upgrading Oracle FCCM from version 8.0.2 to 8.0.x (Mandatory).**
-   Strong understanding of Oracle FCCM architecture and modules.
-   Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
-   Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
-   Experience with application deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
-   Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
-   Experience in banking or financial services projects.

### **Preferred Skills**

-   Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
-   Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration.
-   Familiarity with AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening, and Regulatory Compliance.
-   Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
