## Description

High-voltage substation leadership/Hyperscale data centre growth/Johor Bahru location/Tier 1 project visibility/Zero-incident culture

What you will do:  
\-Ensure high-voltage safety compliance across major power infrastructure builds.  
\-Oversee safety for high-voltage switchgear and transformer installations.  
\-Manage hazard analyses and assessments for live electrical work.  
\-Enforce local OSHA regulations alongside international mission-critical standards.  
\-Lead lockout/tagout reviews and conduct daily safety toolbox talks.  
\-Test emergency action plans for power failures and arc flashes.  
  
Experience you need:  
\-Degree in Occupational Safety, Electrical Engineering, or related field.  
\-Proven background with PMC, client-side, or Tier 1 contractors.  
\-Track record delivering major high-voltage construction or infrastructure projects.  
\-Solid knowledge of electrical safety codes and project controls.  
\-Strong leadership skills to align teams on safety protocols.  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\-Valid DOSH green book or Certified Safety Professional credentials.  
\-Prior experience on hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities.
