## Description

**Firetrol Protection Systems** is a national leader in fire protection and life safety services, providing comprehensive solutions since 1984. We are seeking a **Sprinkler Operations Manager** to lead our sprinkler division and drive operational excellence.

**Job Description:**

-   Manage daily operations of the sprinkler division to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
-   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff.
-   Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet customer and company objectives.
-   Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and project management.
-   Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in managing sprinkler operations in the fire protection industry.
-   Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of sprinkler systems, installation, and maintenance.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Ability to ensure compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-   Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Familiarity with project budgeting and resource allocation.
