## Description

On-target earnings ₱130,000+/month. Base + uncapped commission.

KAMI Workforce is an HR tech startup that's eating the Philippine market alive. We need someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do — someone who walks into a room and shifts the energy.

### What you'll actually do

-   Get in front of business owners and HR heads — find their pain, make them see the answer
-   Drive deals from first hello to signed contract — demos, follow-ups, closes
-   Sit next to the founder. No layers. No politics. Just work that matters.

### You might be the one if

-   People have called you "a lot" — and you took it as a compliment
-   You're in a new room and within 10 minutes you know how everything works
-   Losing an argument bothers you more than losing sleep
-   You said you'd do it. So it's done.
-   You're not looking for a job description — you're looking for a target

### Hard pass if you

-   Need a manager to tell you what's urgent
-   Think "follow up tomorrow" means sending one email

## Requirements

-   **Bachelor's degree from a top university (e.g. UP, Ateneo de Manila, DLSU, or UST)**

**No BD experience needed.** We'll hand you the playbook**. What we can't write into a playbook is the thing that makes people say yes to you.**
