## Description

AHS Properties is a Dubai-based luxury real estate company specializing in premium and ultra-luxury properties. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven **Commercial Director** to lead the company’s commercial strategy, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth across our portfolio.

### Role Overview

The **Commercial Director** will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall commercial strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving business performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the **Dubai luxury real estate market**, excellent commercial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and strategic partners.

## Requirements

-   **7–10 years of proven experience** in commercial leadership, business development, sales, or a similar senior commercial role.
-   Strong experience within **Dubai/UAE real estate**, preferably luxury or ultra-luxury real estate.
-   Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
-   Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
-   Established network of **UHNWIs, investors, developers, family offices, or strategic real estate stakeholders** is highly desirable.
-   Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.
-   Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
-   Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
