## Description

We are seeking a highly talented and hands-on **Senior Product Designer** to join the Experience & Digital Transformation division at a leading tier-1 banking institution in Dubai. Operating within the Digital Experience & Product Design chapter, this role focuses on crafting human-centric digital journeys and scalable UI/UX frameworks across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise-scale **Design Systems**, end-to-end UX processes, and Agile squad delivery. You will lead the visual look-and-feel of digital products, conduct user research/testing, and collaborate closely with cross-functional product owners, business analysts, and front-end engineers.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### 1\. Creative Leadership & Design Systems

-   Lead the overall visual look-and-feel, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand personality across multi-platform digital products (iOS, Android, and Web/Desktop).
-   Maintain, evolve, and scale the enterprise **Design System**, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and seamless design-to-code component adoption.
-   Envision architectural hierarchies, interaction patterns, features, and functionality aligned with the overarching product design vision.

### 2\. End-to-End Product Design & UX Research

-   Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototyping and developer handoff.
-   Lead requirement-clarification workshops with business partners and product managers to convert feature-oriented requirements into refined design backlog items.
-   Conduct quantitative and qualitative user testing activities (e.g., card sorting, treejack testing, focus groups, usability testing) to evaluate existing digital experiences and refine user flows.

### 3\. Agile Squad Collaboration & Handoff

-   Co-create digital experiences in an active Agile squad delivery model alongside multidisciplinary designers, researchers, product owners, and technologists.
-   Provide detailed effort estimates for UX and information architecture workstreams based on product specifications.
-   Support front-end UI engineers during design handoff, providing direct feedback, reviewing builds for pixel-perfect execution, and integrating technical constraints into production designs.

### Required Technical Specifications & Skills

### Core Design & Domain Skills (Essential)

-   **Design Systems:** Hands-on mastery in building, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-level Design Systems and component libraries.
-   **Multi-Platform UI/UX:** Proven track record designing for **Native iOS, Native Android**, and **Responsive Web/Desktop** applications.
-   **Design Methodologies:** Advanced knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, Information Architecture (IA), and Design Thinking.
-   **Agile Proficiency:** Hands-on experience working inside Agile/Scrum delivery squads alongside product owners and technology teams.
-   **Prototyping Tools:** Deep fluency with industry-standard design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

### Preferred Experience & Qualifications

-   **Banking & Fintech:** Prior product design experience within Retail Banking, Financial Services (BFS), or large-scale Fintech environments is strongly preferred.
-   **Regional Awareness:** Prior experience working within the GCC / Middle East market is an added advantage.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related visual design field (Master’s/Graduate degree is a plus).
-   **Experience:** Minimum of **8+ years of professional hands-on experience** in product design, UI/UX, or digital experience creation.
-   **Soft Skills:** Comfortable navigating ambiguity, open to constructive design feedback, passionate about solving complex user problems, and possessing exceptional presentation skills to articulate design decisions to executive stakeholders.
