**Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor**

**Location:** California  
**Pay:** $100/hr to $250/hr  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking California supervisors who are experienced in supporting associate and pre-licensed mental health professionals. This opportunity is ideal for licensed clinicians who enjoy helping others grow through case discussion, ethical reflection, and skill-building.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide supervision to associate and developing clinicians
-   Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and clinical case review
-   Help supervisees prepare for independent clinical practice
-   Follow California supervision standards
-   Maintain consistent records and professional communication

## Requirements

-   Active California clinical license in good standing
-   Eligible license types may include LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or LCSW
-   Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board requirements
-   Previous supervision experience preferred
