**Location:** Western & Central North Carolina (Regional Territory)

Our client is looking for a motivated, customer-focused **Regional In-Home Sales Representative** to help homeowners improve and protect their homes through premium remodeling solutions.

Unlike many sales roles, **we provide the leads.** Your focus is simple: meet with qualified homeowners, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale. No cold calling, door knocking, or generating your own appointments.

## Requirements

_**What You'll Do**_

-   Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments generated by our marketing and inside sales teams.
-   Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs.
-   Educate homeowners on available products, materials, financing options, and project solutions.
-   Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals.
-   Build trust through a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
-   Follow up with prospective customers and overcome objections professionally.
-   Close sales and complete all required documentation.
-   Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
-   Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
-   Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
-   Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout every customer interaction.

You'll help homeowners with a variety of home improvement projects, including:

-   Roofing

-   Replacement Windows

-   Decks and Exterior Improvements

_**What We're Looking For**_

-   Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, or other residential construction sales.
-   Strong closing and negotiation skills.
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
-   Comfortable conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
-   Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
-   Ability to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
-   Experience using CRM software is preferred.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
