## Description

Leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced **Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves performing complex cardiac and thoracic procedures, managing pre- and post-operative patients, and working within a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.

## Requirements

MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.

Recognized specialist qualification in **Cardiothoracic Surgery / Cardiac Surgery**.

**Tier 1 / Western qualification preferred**, such as:

-   UK **CCT/FRCS**
-   **American Board of Thoracic Surgery**
-   Canadian Royal College
-   Australian **FRACS**
-   European Board or equivalent.

Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialization/consultant experience**.

Strong independent experience in **cardiac and thoracic surgery**, including CABG, valve surgery and other complex procedures.

Eligible for **DHA/DOH/MOHAP Consultant licensing**.

Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Surgical logbook and documented operative experience may be required for UAE licensing.
