**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a proactive and skilled **Digital Product Specialist** to join our innovative digital team.

You will play a key role in optimizing digital product offerings and enhancing the customer experience through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Verify and validate healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure platform credibility.
-   Maintain high accuracy and quality of user data through regular checks and updates.
-   Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information.
-   Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels in a timely manner.
-   Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
-   Track platform usage, growth, and engagement metrics and generate reports.
-   Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance workflows, support engagement activities, and improve overall efficiency.

## Requirements

-   0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-   Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
-   Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data
-   High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
-   Digitally savvy with familiarity in online tools (AI knowledge is a plus)
-   Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
-   Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
