Job responsibilities:  
\- Perform regular maintenance and updates on Java-based applications to ensure optimal performance.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.  
\- Utilize the Spring framework to enhance application functionality and efficiency.  
\- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.  
\- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging to address software defects and improve system reliability.  
\- Document maintenance activities and provide detailed reports to management.  
\- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a Java Maintenance Engineer or similar role.  
\- Strong proficiency in Java programming and the Spring framework.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques.  
\- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to manage HQ and global stakeholders
