**Your Impact** 

Join Entain’s Trading team as a Racing Trader, where you’ll support live racing pricing, create and manage markets, and help deliver a fast-paced racing product for our customers.

No direct experience is needed—we’ll provide full training. What matters most is a genuine passion for racing, a basic understanding of wagering, and confidence working with numbers. This role offers a great pathway into Trading, with future opportunities across Risk, Sport, and data-driven trading teams.

Weekend and night shifts are part of the role, with flexibility built into the roster where possible.

**A Day in the Life**

-   Monitor and manage risk across all racing codes, identifying market movements, exposure, and potential trading risks to support strong commercial outcomes.
-   Compile and adjust odds across all racing codes, including trading races live and providing timely, accurate updates for live channels.
-   Analyse client activity on an ongoing basis, building profiles to better understand betting behaviour, trends, and potential risk factors.
-   Review and accept referred bets in line with company guidelines, policies, and risk management frameworks.
-   Ensure racing and sports results are processed accurately and in a timely manner to support a smooth customer experience.
-   Respond to client queries and disputes promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues in line with business expectations and customer service standards.

-   Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-   Able to think quickly and remain calm under pressure, especially when making time-sensitive decisions.

-   Confident problem-solver with the ability to assess situations and work through issues efficiently.

-   High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across pricing, reporting, and customer-related tasks.

-   Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.

-   Sound understanding of sport and racing, with a genuine interest in the wagering industry.

-   Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer needs.
