### **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**

**B2B Sales | Outbound Prospecting | Lead Qualification | Appointment Setting | Remote**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote (40 Hours/Week)

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a motivated and results-driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.

This is a high-energy, execution-focused sales role where you’ll engage commercial property owners, real estate investors, and business owners to identify qualified opportunities and schedule appointments for senior sales consultants.

This is **not a closing role.** Your success will be measured by your ability to generate interest, overcome objections, qualify prospects, and consistently book high-quality meetings.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Outbound Prospecting**

-   Conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial property owners and real estate investors.
-   Introduce the company’s services using structured outreach scripts.
-   Build rapport and engage prospects with confidence and professionalism.
-   Maintain consistent daily outreach activity to generate qualified opportunities.
-   Follow established sales cadences through calls, email, and follow-up communication.

### **Lead Qualification**

-   Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s needs.
-   Gather qualification information accurately and completely.
-   Educate prospects on the company’s tax-saving solutions at a high level.
-   Identify qualified opportunities and determine appropriate next steps.
-   Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior consultants.

### **CRM & Pipeline Management**

-   Maintain accurate CRM records for all prospect interactions.
-   Document call notes, qualification details, and follow-up activities.
-   Track prospect progress throughout the sales pipeline.
-   Ensure all required information is complete before handoff.
-   Maintain organized and accurate sales records.

### **Team Collaboration**

-   Coordinate handoffs with senior consultants and sales leadership.
-   Share prospect insights and relevant information with internal stakeholders.
-   Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and sales training.
-   Follow established sales processes while continuously improving outreach performance.

### **Requirements**

### **Must-Have Qualifications**

### **Experience**

-   Previous experience in one or more of the following:

-   Sales Development Representative (SDR)
-   Business Development Representative (BDR)
-   Appointment Setting
-   Inside Sales
-   Lead Generation
-   Cold Calling

-   Experience conducting outbound prospecting and qualifying leads.
-   Comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers.

-   Review your lead list and daily outreach goals.
-   Conduct outbound prospecting calls to potential clients.

-   Update CRM records and document prospect interactions.
-   Follow up with existing leads and maintain pipeline activity.
-   Participate in coaching sessions and track progress toward performance goals.
