### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support and services to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge in order to assist clients effectively and efficiently.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience and drive service improvements.
-   Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
-   A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
