**Property Portfolio, Senior Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Property Portfolio Senior Manager** to join our team at the Property, and Facility Management unit.

Our new colleague will be reporting to the **Chief Business Development Officer.**

**Job Summary**

The Property Portfolio Senior Manager will work within the Property, and Facility Management Unit.

The role involves the (a) management of services on leased properties, offering integrated property management services during the lease period (long-term and short term) aiming at ensuring excellent tenant experience, operational performance, and contractual compliance; and (b) proactive identification and acquisition of new property assets and property management mandates, expanding the company’s property management portfolio.

The Property Portfolio Senior Manager will act as the primary point of accountability for such portfolio of properties, managing owner and tenant relationships, coordinating service delivery partners, and ensuring that each asset meets financial, legal, and quality benchmarks.

**In detail, the Property Portfolio Senior Manager amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:**

**A. Property Management of Leased Assets**

-   Manage a portfolio of leased residential acting as the primary contact for owners, tenants, and service providers.
    
-   Oversee the tenancy lifecycle: tenant onboarding, lease execution, rent collection, renewals, dispute resolution, and end-of-tenancy handover procedures.
    
-   Ensure all managed properties comply with applicable Greek legal and regulatory requirements, including tenancy law, health and safety obligations, and insurance requirements.
    
-   Prepare, monitor, and report on annual property budgets, service charge schedules, and operating costs, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
    
-   Coordinate and supervise facility management, maintenance, and service delivery contractors, ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
    
-   Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and manage refurbishment or improvement programmes within approved budgets.
    
-   Deliver a premium resident and tenant experience consistent with The Ellinikon brand, proactively addressing complaints, managing escalations, and driving satisfaction metrics.
    
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each managed property using property management systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
    

**B. New Property Asset Acquisition**

-   Identify and evaluate new property management opportunities, including third-party mandates, institutional portfolios, and individual asset owners seeking professional management services.
    
-   Conduct market research and competitive analysis on the Greek real estate and property management market, identifying trends, pipeline opportunities, and target acquisition areas aligned with Lamda Smart Living’s strategy.
    
-   Build and nurture a network of property owners, developers, real estate agents, and institutional investors to generate a steady pipeline of new management mandates.
    
-   Prepare compelling commercial proposals, fee structures, and property management agreements for prospective clients, presenting Lamda Smart Living’s value proposition in a structured and persuasive manner.
    
-   Lead the onboarding of newly acquired properties into the Lamda Smart Living management platform, coordinating legal, technical, financial, and operational workstreams to ensure a smooth transition.
    
-   Track and report on portfolio growth metrics, occupancy rates, revenue per managed unit, and client retention KPIs, presenting performance updates to senior management on a regular basis.
    

**You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:**

**Academic Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
    
-   Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in Real Estate, Property Management, Asset Management, or a related field will be considered a strong asset.
    
-   Professional certification in property or facility management (e.g. RICS, CPM, RPA) is highly desirable.
    
-   Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with property management software (e.g. Yardi, MRI, or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
    
-   Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Greek is required.
    

**Professional Experience**

-   Minimum 10 years of professional experience in property management, real estate asset management, or a closely related field, with a demonstrated track record of managing residential or mixed-use property portfolios.
    
-   Proven experience in tenant relationship management, lease administration, and service charge management, ideally within a premium or branded residential environment.
    
-   Demonstrated experience or strong interest in business development, including identifying new mandates, presenting commercial proposals, and onboarding new property assets under management.
    
-   Strong knowledge of Greek tenancy legislation, property law, and building regulations is required; familiarity with international standards and best practice (UK, UAE, USA) is highly valued.
    
-   Experience coordinating and supervising FM, maintenance, and third-party service contractors within a multi-asset environment, with a clear understanding of KPI and performance management frameworks.
    
-   Prior experience working within a real estate developer, a professional property management firm, or a private equity real estate platform is strongly preferred.
