About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and delivering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

-   Engaging Prospects: Proactively reach out to individuals and businesses, presenting our value-driven deposit and loan products tailored to their needs.
-   Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase our share of their business.
-   Due Diligence: Conduct thorough evaluations of all potential customers before onboarding and at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
-   Collaborative Service Delivery: Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless, high-quality service to our customers.

## Requirements

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:

-   Educational Qualifications: A first degree in any discipline.
-   Industry Experience: A minimum of 12 months of sales experience in the financial services sector (e.g., Banks, Finance Houses, Microfinance Institutions, or Insurance Companies).
-   Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with diverse audiences.
-   Interpersonal Skills: A knack for building meaningful relationships and inspiring trust in clients and team members alike.
-   Adaptability and Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

**Job Location:** Surulere and Ogba Environs, Lagos State.
