## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
-   Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
-   Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
-   Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and completeness.
-   Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering proposals.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, electrical codes, and regulations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or mechanical services industry.
-   Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation methods.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-   Proficiency with estimation and project management software.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, construction, or related fields are preferred.
