### **Role overview**

We are looking for experienced **Workflow Automation Developers** to join our team and work on enterprise-scale business process automation projects in the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and deliver workflow solutions using **IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)** or similar BPM platforms, collaborating closely with business analysts and integration engineers to automate mission-critical banking processes.

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate will be responsible for:**

-   Designing and implementing business processes and workflows on enterprise BPM platforms.
-   Developing BPMN process models, user-facing forms, and system integrations.
-   Integrating workflow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
-   Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining production workflow applications.
-   Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

**To excel in this role, you'll need:**

-   At least **3 years of hands-on experience** with a business process automation / workflow platform such as **IBM BAW, IBM BPM, WebSphere Lombardi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Bizagi, Activiti / Flowable**, or similar.
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Solid knowledge of **BPMN 2.0** and business process modeling principles.
-   Hands-on experience with **Java**, **JavaScript**, and **SQL**.
-   Experience integrating workflow applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
-   Understanding of software development lifecycle, **Git**, and CI/CD workflows.
-   Strong communication skills in English.

**Nice to have:**

-   Hands-on experience specifically with **IBM BAW or IBM BPM**.
-   Experience in **banking, financial services, or insurance** projects.
-   Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
-   Knowledge of additional BPM/workflow tools or low-code platforms.
-   Agile / Scrum experience.
