**AdvisaCare** is seeking Top of Line **\*Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant** to service our clients for **Private Duty In-Home Care** in the **Grass Lake**, **MI** area. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - **YOU'RE THE ONE** we're looking for!!

\*\*12 hour day shifts available

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma or GED
-   Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
-   Ability to work independently and in a team
-   Able to pass drug screen (Including THC) and background check
