**What You’ll Do:**

-   Install windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
-   Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and care.
-   Use a brake to bend and shape aluminum trim as needed for proper installation and finishing.
-   Maintain a clean and safe job site.
-   Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
-   Ensure every project is completed on time and meets quality expectations.

## Requirements

-   Experience in window installation or related construction work.
-   Proficiency using a brake for metal bending and finishing work.
-   Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
-   Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, your own tools, and trailer.
-   Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on ladders.
-   Great communication and problem-solving skills.
