We are Monterail - a team of ~ **130** experts working together to create meaningful software. We are looking for a **Senior** **React Developer** to join us as a [freelancer](https://www.monterail.com/more/monterail-tech-network) and help us create different projects for our clients.

We're looking for a Senior React Developer (7+ years) with some Java skills to join a product team building a multi-app system centered around an operator console - a real-time interface for controlling and managing robotic machinery.

## Requirements

**The team:** 4 backend engineers. You'll be the frontend lead, owning the React layer with occasional Java touchpoints.

**What we're looking for:**

-   7-8+ years of experience, React as your primary stack
-   State management: Redux, Zustand, or Context API
-   Java familiarity is a strong plus (fullstack capacity welcome)
-   Strong English communication
