## Description

Preparation of all necessary products for Grill, Market, Sun Deck, and Banquets. Baking of all breads, muffins, breakfast pastries, desserts and other bakery products and cookies.

**Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

-   Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production
-   Maintain all items at proper par stock levels
-   Set up all desserts for banquets
-   Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef
-   Keep area neat and orderly, containers properly labeled, dated and rotated.  Coolers need to be clean and organized.
-   Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as baker of bread, muffins, cookies and desserts
