### Responsibilities:

-   Source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates across diverse industries using your expertise in recruitment.
-   Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization.
-   Keep up to date with recruitment industry trends and best practices to optimize sourcing strategies.
-   Provide consistent updates and insights to management regarding recruitment progress and market dynamics.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, ideally in a freelance capacity.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
-   Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
-   Adaptable and proactive approach to recruitment challenges and evolving candidate markets.
-   Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
