## Description

We are currently seeking **two Nightshift Construction Supervisors** to support a major mining and construction project. Working as the Owner’s Representative during the nightshift, these positions will provide independent field supervision, monitor construction activities, oversee contractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide independent construction supervision and field leadership during nightshift operations.
-   Monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing safely and according to schedule.
-   Supervise contractors and verify work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.
-   Interpret construction scopes, drawings, specifications, and methodologies.
-   Monitor construction quality and coordinate QA/QC and surveying activities.
-   Support traffic management and site logistics.
-   Identify and address field issues, safety concerns, and construction constraints.
-   Maintain accurate daily construction reports and field documentation.
-   Communicate project progress, issues, and outstanding activities to the dayshift team.
-   Provide clear and detailed handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
-   Work independently and make appropriate field decisions while representing the Owner’s interests on site.

### Position Details

  
**Rotation:** 15 days on / 13 days off  
**Shift:** 12-hour shifts, nights only  
**Camp & Flights:** Camp accommodations and flights to and from site are provided.

## Requirements

-   Experience in **construction supervision**, preferably within mining, heavy industrial, or major construction environments.
-   Previous experience supervising construction activities and contractors.
-   **Nightshift experience** is considered an asset.
-   Strong understanding of construction methodologies and field execution.
-   Ability to interpret construction scopes, specifications, drawings, and requirements.
-   Experience with traffic management and site logistics.
-   Experience coordinating QA/QC and surveying activities.
-   Strong communication and reporting skills, particularly during shift handovers.
-   Ability to work independently, assess field conditions, and make sound decisions.
-   Strong safety leadership and commitment to safe construction practices.
