## Description

Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care.

You will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues related to policies, claims, and billing, and providing accurate information about our insurance products and services. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
