## Description

**COSMOTE Global Solutions NV** is a key player in the ICT sector, delivering end-to-end technology solutions and services. As an **Enterprise Architect** with COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture standards and ensuring they align with business goals and technological advancements.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design and develop enterprise architecture models to support the organization's strategic objectives.
-   Develop architectural frameworks, principles, and standards.
-   Lead the analysis of current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') architectures and conduct gap analysis.
-   Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business needs.
-   Support the digital transformation strategies and initiatives.
-   Document architectural decisions and ensure proper communication across the organization.
-   Provide guidance and oversight for application, data, and technology architecture domains.
-   Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes and compliance requirements.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-   A minimum of 14 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles.
-   Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman.
-   Experience with architectural modeling tools such as ARIS, UML, or BPMN.
-   Proven experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and governance processes.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
-   Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
-   Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
-   Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred.
