## Description

**Pay:** $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job description:

_**Lead Maintenance Technician**_

Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for properties in the Tulsa area. Duties will include:

\* Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units.

\* Promptly handle work order needs of residents

\* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner

\* Manage onsite maintenance staff

\* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service

\* Works well with other team members

\* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors

Schedule:

-   8 hour shift
-   Day shift
-   Monday to Friday
-   On call
-   Overtime

## Requirements

This role the candidate should have skills in:

\*HVAC

\*Plumbing

\*Electrical

\*Painting

\*Appliance Repair

and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition.
